One agent extracts case references, deadlines and parties from incoming documents and prepares them for filing. Missing required data and open review points remain visible. A second agent orders events and supporting documents and drafts a statement of facts with links to the relevant source passages.
Two agents, one connected case-file workflow
Mailroom agent
Identifies the document type, case reference, deadlines and parties and checks them against existing reference data. The reviewer can then add the document to the appropriate matter.
Statement-of-facts agent
Puts events in chronological order, connects statements with supporting documents, and prepares a draft in which each point links back to its source.
How the agent works with a case file
The case file remains a workspace, not just storage
New emails, PDFs, Excel files and scans can be assigned to the appropriate matter using the case reference and other attributes. Required data, checklists and notes record what is already present and what still needs attention. Filtered document lists and extracted tables can be exported.
Case-file chat reads documents, classifications and extraction results and links its answers to the source. An agent can then generate a statement of facts or another defined draft from the current case file. Legal review and approval remain with the responsible person.
Paper mail enters the same workflow
A “Scan to feld.ai” button can be configured on an existing multifunction device. The scan is then classified and prepared for filing in the existing system like any digital document. feld.ai does not sell proprietary scanner hardware.
Deployment and integration
The agents can run on our infrastructure in Austria or in your environment. Integration uses the interfaces available in your DMS and follows its access-control model. Your responsible team retains the assessment of professional and privacy requirements for the specific use case.
